Refund Policy

We understand that schedules can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible while respecting the value of our time and services.

Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your session for a full refund or reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled session time.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are not eligible for a refund.
Missed appointments (no-shows) are also non-refundable.

Rescheduling Policy

Sessions may be rescheduled once, provided that the request is made at least 48 hours in advance.
Rescheduling within 48 hours of the session is not guaranteed and may require booking a new session.

Technical or Service Issues

In the rare event that a session cannot take place due to technical difficulties, platform issues, or unforeseen disruptions on the part of the career coach, a refund or complimentary rescheduling may be offered at the discretion of the coach.
