4. Booking, Cancellations & Refunds

By booking a session, you agree to our cancellation and refund policy:

  • Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled session for a refund or new time slot.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are not eligible for a refund.

  • Missed sessions (“no-shows”) are non-refundable.

  • In rare cases where a session cannot occur due to technical or unforeseen issues on our end, a refund or complimentary rescheduling may be offered at the coach’s discretion.

5. Payment Terms

Payments must be made at the time of booking. All payments are securely processed through Wix or its third-party payment providers. We do not store or directly access your credit card information.

6. Use of Website

You agree not to use the website for any unlawful, harmful, or disruptive purpose, including but not limited to:

  • Attempting to breach security measures

  • Distributing harmful code

  • Collecting data from the site for unauthorized purposes

We reserve the right to restrict access to the website for any inappropriate or illegal use.

We collect only the personal information necessary to provide our services (such as your name and contact information). Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is collected, stored, and used.

8. No Guarantees or Professional Liability

All advice is given based on the coach’s professional experience but should not be considered legal, financial, or psychological advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and outcomes.

All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, and materials provided during coaching sessions—is the property of Iren Azra Zou unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any materials without written permission.
